Caleb plays peek a boo!

Meet Caleb!!

Here is our precious little boy - Caleb William Meerdink! He was born on April 25, 2011. He weighed 9 Lbs 4 0z and he was 22 inches long.

Lots of kisses from big sister Hannah!

Nana came to watch Hannah while I stayed at the hospital. Thankfully a friend of ours was able to watch Hannah while Nana drove the four hours to our house. The labor was going quick and we were afraid to hang out at the house any longer. We went in to the hospital at about 7 in the morning and Caleb was born at 9:40 am!

On the ride home Hannah insisted on holding Caleb's hand.

Of course she had to show Caleb all the baby toys!! Welcome home, Little Brother!!

And she had to brush his hair.

Hannah really loves her little brother!! The other day Aunty Janneh was holding Caleb and he was crying quite a bit. Hannah said to me, "Mommy! Hold him!!" But a few days later she told Nana she could keep him!! ;)

Snow!!

Today we got a few inches of snow so me and Mommy went outside to build a snowman. My first one ever!!!

But of course I had to try him!! I just love to eat snow!! Mmmm!!

Potty Training!

Sometimes I just have to do things myself. Anyway, Mommy was taking too long to come back and help me!

Baking with Mommy

Yesterday I helped Mommy make chocolate chip cookies! MMmmmmm!! I got to sit on the counter and watch.


I even got to put the chocolate chips in! First I would pour a few in...then dump a few into my mouth..then pour the rest in. Chocolate chips are so yummy!

This is me being silly!

When the dough was done, Mommy let me taste a little. This is me tasting my first cookie dough ever! After that spoonful was gone I helped myself to some more, but Mommy caught me!

When the cookies came out of the oven, Mommy let me taste one. I took a little nibble but that was all...

I was too busy mopping the floor!!



A little while later Daddy came home from work and he gave me a horsey ride!! So much fun!!

Chocolate!!

Today Mommy gave me a chocolate lollipop from Nagels!!!!! Mammi sent it to me a long time ago but Mommy didn't let me have it. So I finally got it today! It was soooo yummy!!

Cousinly Love

I just LOVE my cousin, Kai. And since I've been at Nana's house lots lately, I get to see him all the time!! Our favorite thing to do is go on the trampoline!
